RUBBER MODIFIED STYRENE-BASED TRANSPARENT RESIN COMPOSITION WITH EXCELLENT ENVIRONMENTAL STRESS CRACK RESISTANCE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A rubber modified styrene-based transparent resin composition and its preparation method are provided, to improve the environmental stress crack resistance and the transparency. CONSTITUTION: The rubber modified styrene-based resin composition comprises 4-10 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene copolymer; 30-60 parts by weight of a styrene-based monomer; 40-70 parts by weight of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester-based monomer; and 0.01-2.0 parts by weight of a phenyl-based polyorganosiloxane oil having a refractive index of 1.49-1.59. Preferably the styrene-butadiene copolymer is a block or random copolymer whose styrene content is 15-50 %, and the viscosity of 5% styrene solution is 20-50 cp; and the phenyl-based polyorganosiloxane oil has at least one kind of phenyl group and has a viscosity of 100-1,500 cp.
