PURPOSE: Provided are a hot pepper dryer and a supporting body thereof which are placed at a small space in the house. The dryer is blocked from dust and other unwanted materials so that peppers are dried sanitarily. CONSTITUTION: The dryer comprises: a drying plate(24) for fixing several peppers(P); a cover(26) separably connected to the drying plate(24) to protect the fixed peppers from outside; and several insert holes(28) in the drying plate to fix the peppers.
