PURPOSE: A code system and method for synchronizing and analyzing a code of a communication network management system by using the same are provided to standardize identification codes of nodes managing through all NMS(Network Management System) and then manage a code mapping table, thereby performing data exchange and code interpretation by using the code mapping table. CONSTITUTION: A code registration module transmits standard code table information stored previously to each NMS through a web server(S210). Each NMS receives the transmitted standard code table information and displays the information. A manager performs a mapping between the stored standard code table in itself and the standard code table, thus makes and stores a sub code mapping table(S220). Thereafter, the sub code mapping table is transmitted to a code system(S230). The code registration module receives the sub code mapping table of each NMS and compares the contents of the received mapping table with a main code mapping table. Thereafter, the code registration module finds a code, not coincided with each other, and reflects the contents of the sub code mapping table to the main code mapping table. That is to say, the code information is updated(S240). Thereafter, the code registration module transmits confirming message notifying a success of the code information update to each NMS(S250).
