PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality-IC card having high ink absorbability and printing glossiness and improving water resistance and scratch resistance of a printed picture. SOLUTION: This IC card having an ink absorbing layer and a porous resin layer on its one side in order is characterized in that the porous resin layer is composed of cation organic resin particles and a specific radiation hardening compound. The cation organic resin particle is an acrylic resin particle having an amino group and the mean grain size of the cation organic resin particle is 5-100 nm, which improve the ink absorbability and printing glossiness. |
