PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing degradation of an organic EL element by oxygen. SOLUTION: Oxygen in the organic EL element is removed by using an oxygen absorbent capable of absorbing oxygen even under a dry condition in the organic EL element to maintain the luminescence characteristics of the organic EL element.
