PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document by processing of a computer and eliminate the need for designing and developing work of an application per document. SOLUTION: In a client computer 2, an item information requesting function 21 receives a download of item information of the document from an item information responding function 41, and it stores the item information in an item record 22. A document requirement preparing function 24 prepares document requirement information from a document layout stored in a layout record 23 and relevant item information stored in the item record 22, and a document requirement sending function 26 sends the document requirement information to a server computer 4. In the server computer 4, a document requirement receiving function 43 receives the document requirement information and stores it in a document requirement record 45, a document forming function 45 prepares document information from document requirement data of the document requirement record 45 and relevant master data of a master data recorder 44, and a printer 5 prints the document 7 by the document information. |
