PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the edge surface of transparent electrode and back surface electrode of EL element from being stripped in the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of a hole part and to get rid of the short circuit between arranged members. SOLUTION: A decorative film 2 is disposed on the surface side, an EL element 3 is disposed on the back surface side and a molding resin part 4 is formed by injecting molding resin on the back surface side of the EL element 3. An edge part of the decorative film 2 is shifted and is arranged outside the edge part of the EL element 3. The edge part of the decorative film 2 is bent when the molding resin is injection-molded and, thereby, the edge part of the EL element 3 is covered with the edge part of the decorative film 2. A deviated amount between the edge part of the decorative film 2 and the edge part of the EL element 3 is set so as to be larger than at least the thickness of the EL element 3. Therein, the edge part of the decorative film 2 and the edge part of the EL element 3 may be also an edge part of circumference of the hole part 1a disposed on the molded work piece.
