PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform normal signal transmission even when signals having many errors come from a certain azimuth because of the limitation of radio wave status such as topography or space in a system for communication between mobile objects for performing communication among a plurality of mobile objects respectively provided with transmitting functions. SOLUTION: Each of mobile objects is provided with a received data storage means for receiving and storing respective signals transmitted from the other devices except for its own device, a transmitting data generating means for adding the respective signal data received from the other devices and update data generated from its own device as transmitting data, and a transmitting means for transmitting the transmitting data to the respective other devices, and each of devices repeats the signals from the respective devices except for its own device to the other devices and transmits the signal of its own device to the other devices.
