PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board holder, together with an electronic apparatus and a fabricating method of it, where the direction for securing a board to a case is different from that for releasing a mold for molding the case. SOLUTION: A board 130 is secured to a boss 111 provided inside a resin case 110 of a navigation device using a screw 120 through a board holder 140. Here, the board holder 140 is provided with a screw insert hole 140a in which, extending in the extension direction of a screw engagement hole 111a to be engaged with the screw 120, the screw 120 is inserted, an opening formation surface 140b on which one opening of the screw insert hole 140a is formed and which is almost orthogonal to the extension direction of the screw insert hole 140a, and a board contact surface 140c on which the other opening of the screw insert hole 140a is formed and contacts the board 130 while inclined from the opening formation surface 140b.
