PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem that additional screw holes are needed in a heat radiation fin in order to fix a temperature sensor to the heat radiation fin, and manual work becomes necessary for tightening the temperature sensor together with a semiconductor switching element because screwing with an automatic machine can not be carried out, causing cost increase. SOLUTION: The temperature sensor 10 is so structured as to be fixed to a slit part 9a formed in a die extracting direction of the heat radiation fin 9. The radiation fin 9 is usually made by extrusion-forming of aluminum and its shape can be freely formed in the die extruding direction. Accordingly, the slit part 9a can be formed in accordance with the shape of the temperature sensor. Thereby the purpose is accomplished and this switching power supply can be composed at a low cost.
