PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut unnecessary charges, by registering bookmarked Web pages having high degree of usage and increase user's usability by associating a bookmark function with a screen memo function. SOLUTION: An Web browser apparatus comprising a WWW browser function part 3, having a browser function enabling connection to the Internet and controlling the whole of the apparatus, a bookmark function part 6 having a bookmark function to register a URL (Uniform Resource Location) of a displayed Web page 1, a screen memo function part 7 having a screen memo function of holding data of the displayed Web page 1 on a screen memo, the frequency of connection management part 8 holding the frequency of connections to lines at every URL of registered bookmarks and a threshold control part 9 determining whether the frequency of connections has reached a threshold, where the browser function part 3 registers the Web page 1 related to registered bookmark in the screen memo, when the frequency of the connections has reached the threshold.
