PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a micro device and a method for manufacturing mold are provided to allow for a mass production, while achieving improved characteristics of micro device. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the first step of pressing an upper mold having a plurality of grooves and a lower mold having a plurality of mounting grooves; the second step of injecting a ceramic material mixed with a polymer material and forming a shape using the injected material; the third step of releasing the ceramic mixed with the polymer material from the upper and lower molds; the fourth step of removing the polymer material from the ceramic mixed with the polymer material by burning or melting the polymer material; the fifth step of sintering the ceramic form where the polymer material is removed; the sixth step of filling the polymer material into the gaps formed among a plurality of rods(22') of the sintered ceramic form in such a manner that the tops of the rods are exposed; and the seventh step of polishing and removing the plate for supporting the rods in such a manner that the bottoms of the rods are exposed.
