PYROLYSIS INCINERATION APPARATUS OF WASTE TIRE

PURPOSE: A pyrolysis incineration apparatus of a waste tire is provided to reduce the consumption of energy by gasifying a carbonized material into a combustible gas and using the combustion heat as a fuel. CONSTITUTION: A pyrolysis incineration apparatus of a waste tire comprises a pyrolysis incineration unit(10) in which the incineration of a waste tire is progressed and a combustion unit(20) in which a carbonized combustion gas generated from the incineration of the waste tire is burned. The pyrolysis incineration unit consists of two sets. Incineration is progressed only in one incineration unit. The water heated while flowing through a space(14) formed in the wall of a furnace(11) is vaporized. The vapor is mixed with air in a space(M) in the front end of the combustion unit. The mixed air is injected into a combustion chamber(S). The carbonized combustion gas is completely burned in the combustion chamber.
