PURPOSE: A device for fusing a device is provided to fuse a plurality of programmable devices at the same time by applying time division multiplexing method through a data conversion program and a fusing program in case that data is downloaded to the programmable devices connected through a boundary scan chain. CONSTITUTION: A JTAG(Joint Test Access Group) port time division multiplexing transmitting/receiving part(20) performs the time division multiplexing of a JTAG port signal. A multiplexed JTAG port connecting part(30) connects the time division multiplexing signal with a board of an exchanger. A time division signal extracting/analyzing/transmitting/receiving part(40) extracts and analyzes the time division multiplexing signal. A boundary scan chain connecting circuit part(60) fuses various kinds of programmable devices with a minimum number of signals by transmitting/receiving the analyzed signal.
