DATA RECEIVER USING SIGNAL INTEGRATION AND DATA RECEIVING METHOD

PURPOSE: A data receiver using signal integration and data receiving method is provided to reduce a high-frequency noise when detecting data at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: The first integral amplification circuit(111) outputs the first differential signals by integrating and amplifying a difference between the first reference signal(VREF) and input data(DATAi) in response to a clock signal(CLK). The second integral amplification circuit(115) outputs the second differential signals by integrating and amplifying a difference between the second reference signal(/VREF) and the input data in response to the clock signal. A sense amplifier circuit(130) detects the input data by sensing and amplifying a difference between the first differential signals or a difference between the second differential signals in response to the clock signal. The first and second reference signals are differential signals.
