PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document information processor, which is capable of easily referring to an electronic data document via a network and updating it as well. SOLUTION: The processor is provided with a task data creation part 101 for creating task data comprising an identification code for identifying tasks, the status of the task, the reference destination of the electronic data document which is necessary for the execution of the task, a storing end of the electronic data document for confirmation of execution results of the task, and a storage end of the execution results of the task; a status change part 102 for inputting change data of the task status; a task data recording part 103 for recording the task data created by the task data creation part or received from other document management device via a task data receiving part; a task data change detecting part 107 for detecting the change of the data recorded in the task data recording part, based on the processing of the status data change part or the task data receiving part; and a data transmission part 109 for transmitting the changed task data to other document management device, when the task data change detecting part detects the change of the task data. |
