PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor which can improve heat radiating effect and make the inductance small. SOLUTION: A plurality of almost flat-shaped capacitor elements 1, 1 are contained, in a case having an opening opened toward in a fixed direction. The plurality of capacitor elements 1, 1 are located, so that the longitudinal direction of each of its edge faces 2, 2 are directed toward the predetermined direction of the case, and the edge faces 2, 2 of each capacitor element 1, 1 are commonly connected through an electrode plate 3. A resin is injected into the case, in a state of connecting-to-exterior terminals 4 connected to the electrode plate 3 are led from the opening of case to the exterior.
