PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve, from a point of resource saving often regarded as issue in recent years, the problem that one incandescent lamp or one fluorescent lamp is made unuseful by cause of a filament cutting only, in the incandescent lamp or the fluorescent lamp whose defects are mostly a filament cutting and other components are still useful. SOLUTION: Its lifetime is extended by providing in an inside of the incandescent lamp or the fluorescent lamp, a backup of a filament 2 easy to happen a defect or a deficiency among a component group of the incandescent lamp or the fluorescent lamp. A reusable incandescent lamp or a reusable fluorescent lamp is comprised of the above constitution.
