PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to update an application at a timing that a user desires and broaden a variation of an application operation. SOLUTION: A user selects an updating function at the time he or she desires to update a game application during playing the game application. A game data analysis application analyzes the game data and notifies the user by displaying a list of applications able to be updated for the user to select. When an application is selected, the application is activated and the game data is read to start the game by the application.
