PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrences of write errors, when writing data into a plurality of file servers and allow running essentially a program without concern for a server capacity with comfort. SOLUTION: A client PC 2 is connected to a network line 1 and also a first to a n-th file servers 7-1 to 7-n are connected to the network line 1. An agent 3 is installed into the client PC 2, and a server state database (DB) 4, an agent property 5 and a moving record 6 are connected to the client PC 2. The server state DB 4 is configured, to store maximum storage capacity data owned by the multiple file servers and capacity data in current usage. The agent property 5 has a comparison part for periodically referring the maximum storage capacity data to the capacity data in the current usage, then data stored into the DB 4 is periodically updated.
