PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing loess salt which has an improves taste and abundant minerals by using loess containing abundant minerals and clean sea water. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing loess salt comprises the step of: placing 20kg of loess on a sieve and spraying 100kg of sea water for 2-3 days thereon; inserting the sea water passing through the loess in the sieve into a precipitation tank; pumping the supernatant thereof out and repeating precipitation through a plurality of precipitation tanks to remove impurities; filtering the purified saline water and inserting it in a pot; boiling it at 100 deg.C for 2 hours; removing foam therefrom with stirring; and evaporating the saline solution to loess salt; and dehydrating the loess salt by centrifugation. |
