PURPOSE: Provided are a polyelectrolyte containing conductive inorganic nano particles, which can effectively reduce crossover of methanol and has excellent ion conductivity, and a fuel battery applying the same. CONSTITUTION: The polyelectrolyte comprises conductive inorganic nano particles comprising an ion-conductive polymer membrane, a porous support having nano size of particles, and an ion-conductive material supported on the porous support, wherein the conductive inorganic nano particles are immersed in microchannel which connects a polar portion of the ion-conductive polymer membrane. The conductive inorganic nano particles have particle diameter of 0.1-50 nm.
