PURPOSE: A microscope for storing a digital image by automatically scanning is provided to facilitate the convenience of storage and management, the transmission of the image and the convenience of presentation by manually or automatically storing the digitalized image by connecting the image of slide to the computer with providing a scanning function. CONSTITUTION: A microscope for storing a digital image by automatically scanning includes an optically expanding device for optically expanding a tissue slide by using the microscope, a scanning device for scanning an image with moving the lens device and a converting device for converting an image detected by a digital camera or an optical camera into a digital image, wherein the electronic microscope stores the digital image by using the manner of the scanner.
