PURPOSE: A system and method for an intelligent agent for an employment service is provided to solve a difficulty of a job hunter by searching and collecting employment information distributed over various sites effectively and to manage, integrate, and reuse a digital document and information effectively by storing and managing accumulated employment information as an XML. CONSTITUTION: An integrated information searching/collecting system(200) searches employment information registered at various employment sites and company sites in real time and collects the employment information. An XML integrated management system(300) converts a non-XML file into an XML file based on the collected information, and constructs a DB. An intelligent information search system(400) searches only discriminative and personal information according to users out of information stored in the XML integrated management system(300). An intelligent agent(500) transmits data transmitted from the intelligent information search system(400) in a personal space according to users in real time and automatically transmits employment related documents to a corresponding company through a company interface. A personalization space system(600) services personalized employment information transmitted by the intelligent agent(500) in a personal space in real time, supports a real time employment, and supplies an employment state monitoring service.
