PURPOSE: A two-stage expanding type mandrel device of coil down coiler which can be used to two sleeves having different diameter at the same time with expansion and contraction of mandrel itself being formed in two stages is provided. CONSTITUTION: The two-stage expanding type mandrel device of coil down coiler comprises first diameter adjusting part comprising a rectangular fixed shaft(302) that is rotatable with rotation shaft(301) being axially connected to the central part of the rectangular fixed shaft(302), first sliding segment(305a) and first adjusting segment(306a) that are rested in a space formed at the corner of the rectangular fixed shaft(302), intermediate segments(303) for forming an inner diameter with the intermediate segments(303) being contacted with the outer surface of the first sliding segment(305a) and first adjusting segment(306a), and a fixed plate for clamping the first sliding segment(305a) to the rotation shaft(301) and fixed shaft(302); and second diameter adjusting part comprising second sliding segment(305b) and second adjusting segment(306b) that are rested in a space formed in the center of the respective intermediate segments(303) composing the first diameter adjusting part, an outer diameter segment(304) for forming an outer diameter with the outer diameter segment(304) being contacted with the outer surface of the second sliding segment(305b) and second adjusting segment(306b), first inner side cover for fixing the second sliding segment(305b), and an outer diameter operating lever fixed to the first inner side cover.
