PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling heating of a multi boiler and an operating method of the same are provided to reduce fuel cost and to be conveniently installed and maintained. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a temperature sensor(50) installed on a return pipe(14) through which water flowing out through a supply pipe(12) of a multi boiler(10) comprising n boilers(10-1-10-n) and circulating in a room(30) to heat returns to the multi boiler; and a multi control part(40) controlling the boilers based on heating temperature and value sensed by the temperature sensor.
