EQUIPMENT TO ELIMINATE CLOGGING IN INJECTION NOZZLE HOLE AUTOMATICALLY

PURPOSE: Provided is an equipment to eliminate clogging in an injection nozzle hole automatically which allows a pressure switch to clean a nozzle automatically when the nozzle is clogged by extraneous matters so that it helps to operate a facility stably. CONSTITUTION: The equipment to eliminate clogging in the injection nozzle hole automatically comprises the parts of: a slide member(110) which is placed on the surface of a nozzle head(1) to be slid; an injection nozzle(120) which is inserted into a slot(111) at one side of the slide member to adjust width of an entrance; a collection bath(130) which is connected to a connection pipe(2) under the nozzle head; the pressure switch(140) which measures pressure of the nozzle head to send washing water inside the nozzle head to the collection bath selectively; a check valve(150) which pumps out washing water selectively from the collection bath; a sew-saw lever(160) which is elevated at the center of a support axis(3); and a mobile tool which is fixed at the other edge of the sew-saw lever and elevated at the center of the support axis to compress the slide member and move to an appropriate location.
