SAMPLING APPARATUS FOR TINNED STEEL PLATE

PURPOSE: A sampling apparatus for a tinned steel plate is provided to obtain a sample in a rapid manner and allow for ease of transportation of the sample. CONSTITUTION: A sampling apparatus comprises a lower clamp(110) mounted with a steel plate(S) and which has a top surface with a hole(111); an upper clamp(120) opposed to the top surface of the lower clamp and which moves in a vertical direction by an air cylinder(121); a punching unit mounted on the upper clamp, and which punches the steel plate so as to obtain a sample; a punching position adjustment unit(140) disposed at both ends of the lower and upper clamps, in such a manner that the punching position is automatically adjusted by the sensing result of a sensor(141) for sensing the width of the steel plate; and a sample transportation box(150) disposed beneath the lower clamp and fixed to a conveyor chain(151), wherein the sample transportation box transports the sample obtained by the punching unit.
