PURPOSE: A reciprocating compressor is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by reducing number of components and man-hours for assembly. CONSTITUTION: A lubricant supply unit(100) comprises a lubricant pumping part(110) mounted on a lower part of a frame unit to vibrate together so as to pump lubricant in a hermetic container(10); and a lubricant supply channel part(120) formed to penetrate the frame unit so as to connect an outlet of the lubricant pumping part and a compression unit(30). The lubricant pumping part comprises a lubricant cylinder(111) fixed on the frame unit; a lubricant piston(112) inserted to the lubricant cylinder to slide; a lubricant suction tube(113) mounted on an outlet of the lubricant cylinder and having an end submerged under lubricant in the hermetic container; and a lubricant discharge cover(114) mounted on an outlet of the lubricant cylinder to connect the lubricant pumping part and the lubricant supply channel part. The lubricant piston has a periphery formed to slide on an inner circumferential surface of the lubricant cylinder, and a lubricant hole(112a) formed to penetrate so that lubricant flowing into an inlet side of the lubricant cylinder through the lubricant suction tube passes the lubricant piston and moves to an outlet side.
