摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for forcibly opening nozzle of tundish in continuous billet casting process is provided to improve productivity by completely opening the tundish nozzle without expansion of the tundish nozzle and prevent safety accident by not using a small sized gas cutting machine. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for forcibly opening nozzle of tundish in continuous billet casting process comprises a unit operating part(60) comprising a preheating part horizontally operated with being rested on an operating rail(23) of a double cylindrical main body(20) at one side of which the operating rail(23) is horizontally formed, at the central part of which an oxygen injection port(21) is formed, and at the other side of which a rotation rail(22) is formed, a copper pipe transfer(27) rotationally operated by being rested on the rotation rail(22), and a cylinder main body(47) for receiving a first piston(48) the side part of which is hinge connected to a transfer housing(39) fixed to the rear side of the double cylindrical main body(20) and a second piston to the upper part of which a weight(53) is fixed so that the weight(53) is interlockingly operated at the side part of the first piston(48); a solidification layer preheating part(70) comprising a welder arm(42) to one side of which a connection ring(44) inserted into a connection rod(37) of the preheating part transfer is fixed, a welder arm cylinder(40) fixed to the outer upper surface of the double cylindrical main body(20) to horizontally operate the welder arm(42) by receiving the welder arm(42), and a welder holder(45) fixed to the end part of the other side of the welder arm(42); and an oxygen supply part(80) comprising copper pipe injection port(31) and fixing member(30) that are formed at the end part of one side of the copper pipe transfer(27) rotationally operated by being rested on the rotation rail(22) of the cylindrical main body(20), and an oxygen supply nozzle fixed to the inner spaced of the copper pipe transfer(27).
