PURPOSE: A method for repairing a pipeline by using viscous non-vulcanized rubber is provided to obtain a doubly-constructed effect with one-time work by impregnating resin in a polyester pelt sheet and using viscous non-vulcanized rubber for water blocking. CONSTITUTION: A method for repairing a pipeline by using viscous non-vulcanized rubber comprises the steps of cleaning the pipeline(S14), preparing a repairing material and mounting the material(S16), preparing a rubber sheet(S16a), preparing synthetic pelt impregnated in normal temperature hardening resin(S16b), attaching the rubber sheet to the synthetic pelt(S16c), attaching a PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) film sheet to an un-manned repairing winding machine(S16d), mounting the repairing material on the winding machine(16e), entering the pipeline(S18), and compressing the non-vulcanized rubber to a damaged portion(S20).
