PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp and its mounting structure in which a linear body such as a wire harness can be easily and quickly mounted and removed for a mounting body such as a vehicle. SOLUTION: The clamp has a linear body 30, a clamp body 10 which is mounted to the linear body 30 and an elastic band 20 which fixes the filament 30 and the clamp body 10. A large number of minute hooking parts 22, 23, 24 are installed on one surface 21 of the band 20, a large number of minute hooking parts 26, 27, 28 are installed on the other surface 25 of the band 20 corresponding to the hooking parts 22, 23, 24 and a band mounting part 15 in which the band 20 is inserted into the clamp body 10 is made. The bank 20 is pulled to be inserted into the band mounting part 15 and at the same time the band 20 is wound around the filament 30. And the clamp body 10 is mounted to the filament 30 by facing one surface 21 of the band 20 and the other surface 25 of the band 20 together. |
