<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that attachment depends on manual insertion work, a process is complicated, a cost is increased and accuracy is lowered when it is required to attach a light projecting/receiving element to a reflow substrate while tilting a light projecting/receiving device. SOLUTION: In the light projecting/receiving device 1 composed by attaching the light projecting/receiving element 2 on the reflow substrate while tilting, the light projecting/receiving element 2 is formed roughly in a box shape by drawing a metal plate and the light projecting/receiving device 1 is turned to a shape for tilting and holding the light projecting/receiving element 2 on the reflow substrate and is attached through an attachment cover 4 having a suction plane part 4c for the suction chuck of a component mounting device and a plane part 4b for connection to the reflow substrate 3. Thus, at the time of loading the light projecting/receiving element on the reflow substrate, automation by the component mounting device is enabled.</p> |
