<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent a plurality of system supervisory and control units to set different control preset values. SOLUTION: When an input part 11 receives a control set value inputted by an operator, an arithmetic sequence part 12 decides whether another system supervisory and control unit is in setting of the same control set value or not, and if another unit is in setting, the part 12 saves the control set value inputted by the operator in a control set value file 14 only when a setting right is given to own system supervisory and control unit, and transmits the control set value to the other system supervisory and control unit. A setting approval part 13 imparts the setting rights by time-sharing in order to assign the setting approval to only one unit out of a plurality of system supervisory and control units.</p> |
