PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for delivering coil bobbins, an apparatus for preventing palettes from falling down fit for the former apparatus and a conveying apparatus, in which a palette can overtake another palette on a conveying line, a highly versatile conveying line can be constructed, and the apparatuses can be shared. SOLUTION: Even when the number of axes and the axial pitch in a winding machine W are different, by accordingly setting a fixed distance D using an engaging and stopping section 17a, it is possible to deliver a plurality of palettes 10 from the conveying line to the winding machine W at a high speed while maintaining the fixed distance D, and the pallet 10 that follows can be allowed to pass by because no pallet 10 is left on the conveying line, and therefore the availability factor of the whole of the winding machine connected by a single conveying line can be increased.
