PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker system with excellent sound quality at a low cost by eliminating spurious vibration or interference of vibration caused on a baffle board. SOLUTION: The speaker system has a cabinet, a baffle plate board at a cabinet front face, and the baffle board is provided with a speaker unit. The speaker unit is fixed inside the cabinet and a flange provided to a frame outer circumference of the speaker unit is fitted to a hole made on the baffle plate. Then a gel viscoelastic substance is filled in a gap between the flange and the hole.
