PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color correction method for a liquid crystal display unit, which corrects color balance and to provide a color correction device to which the color correcting method is applied. SOLUTION: The method includes a stage of further increasing the data voltage of a current frame in the case that the data voltage level of the current frame increases from that of the last frame and a stage of decreasing the data voltage of the current frame in the case that the data voltage level of the current frame decreases from that of the last frame or has no variation.
