PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a nonvolatile memory from being used by other functions though the volatile memory is used for temporary storage of image data and image data from being lost by OFF of a power source or the like. SOLUTION: A base band part 4 stores the image data generated by a camera module 10 at the time of photographing in a RAM 6a. The base band part 4 preserves the image data stored in the RAM 6a to a flash memory 6b corresponding to a preservation instruction by a user in principle, however, when an event making it difficult to store the image data in the RAM 6a such as generation of call terminal is generated the image data stored in the RAM 6a are automatically preserved into the flash memory 6b.
