摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A device for automatically locking crane main hook and checking locking of the crane main hook is provided to prevent the main hook from being separated from scrap chute trunnion that is a holder for the crane main hook and check the locking state of the main hook. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises first cylinder(20) and second cylinder(30) connected to one side surface of the main hook(3) of both sides by hydraulic pipe(70), and locking stopper(40) and third cylinder(50) connected to clevis of the second cylinder(30), wherein the first cylinder(20) is installed at a position for receiving load of trunnion when the main hook(3) is hooked to the trunnion in such a way that return spring inside the first cylinder(20) applies upward restoring force to piston, and piston rod is descended to apply hydraulic pressure to the second cylinder(30) and third cylinder(50) through hydraulic pipe(70) when the main hook(3) is hooked to the trunnion, the second cylinder(30) is installed at a position in which winding stopper(40) presses the trunnion to prevent separation of the trunnion when the main hook(3) is hooked to the trunnion in such a way that cylinder fixing base for fixing the second cylinder(30) is fixed to the side surface of the main hook(3) with the cylinder fixing base being rotationally connected to lower flange, return spring inside the second cylinder(30) applies downward restoring force to piston, and piston is ascended by hydraulic pressure led-in during descending of piston of the first cylinder(20), the winding stopper(40) is rotationally connected to the side surface of the main hook(3) in such a way that the winding stopper(40) is rotationally connected to the clevis of the second cylinder(30) so that the winding stopper(40) is rotated to a certain radius centering around a part connected to the main hook(3) to press thus fix the upper part of the trunnion during ascending of the piston of the second cylinder(30), and the third cylinder(50) is installed at a position where operator of crane is capable of checking locking state of the main hook(3) by ascending piston rod when the main hook(3) is hooked to the trunnion in such a way that return spring inside the third cylinder(50) applies downward restoring force to piston, and the piston is ascended by hydraulic pressure led-in during descending of the piston of the first cylinder(20).</p>
