<p>PURPOSE: A method for managing a welding history of a pipe spool using a bar code is provided to enable a manager to monitor a working progress of a worker in real time by scanning the bar code and inputting a date and an ID at a log-in process in the case that a worker connects to a management server, executes a log-in process, and executes a work. CONSTITUTION: If different bar codes are attached to a spool and wire/wireless terminals having a scanner are connected to a management server through a wire/wireless network and a wireless communication device, the management server outputs a log-in window on a display screen of the connected terminals(S300). If each worker except a spool carrier inputs an ID and a password using an input unit included in the terminal and clicks a log-in button on the log-in window, the ID and password information is transmitted to the management server(S302). The management server checks whether the transmitted ID and password is identified with an ID and password stored in a user DB(S304). If the transmitted ID and password is identified with an ID and password stored in a user DB, the management server outputs a main menu window on a display screen. If the user selects one out of the output main menu(S306), the management server outputs a corresponding process window of the selected menu on a display screen of the terminal. In addition, the user scans a bar code through a scanner included in the terminal, and executes the corresponding process(S308).</p> |
