BLADDER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING TIRES

PURPOSE: A bladder and a method for producing tires are provided to reduce shapeable ununiformity in an inner wall of the tire and to satisfactorily extend along the inner wall surface of the tire. CONSTITUTION: A bladder(10) used to press an inner wall surface of a tire by a pressurized heating medium during the vulcanization of a green tire is composed of a fabric layer(purl stitched fabric layer,12) and rubber layers(silicone rubber layers,11,13) placed one over another. Elongation rates of the fabric layer in a longitudinal direction and in a crosswise direction exceeds 15% and satisfies elongation rates in the longitudinal and crosswise directions larger than or same with 0.4 and smaller than or same with 6.0. In addition, the fabric layer has good extensibility and elongates with the rubber layers.
