PURPOSE: A sludge incinerator is provided to maximize the sludge incineration efficiency by uniformly maintaining the incineration temperature and pulverizing the sludge into small pieces. CONSTITUTION: Sub-panels(2) are installed in an incinerator(1) in which a burner(10) is installed in many layers. A rotor(4) rotating with a rotating shaft(30) is installed on each sub-panel. An agitation blade(40) agitating and pulverizing the sludge on the sub-panel is installed below the rotor. A wall(20) is formed on the outer circumference of the sub-panel. Many discharge holes(21) through which pulverized sludge falls are formed in the bottoms of the sub-panels. Many spherical bodies(5) are movably installed on the sub-panels.
