PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing film on the surface of the anode for galvanizing is provided to promptly and simply remove a film formed on the surface of the anode used as a positive electrode when electroplating a Zn-Ni alloy on the surface of the strip during cold rolled strip production. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a moving part(20) in which first rack gear(22) is formed on the backside of a bridge for fixing the anode (A), and first pinion gear(24) rotated by a first motor(23) is gear connected to the first rack gear(22) so that the bridge is moved to a width direction of a body(10) as the first motor(23) is being driven; a driving part(30) comprising a moving member(32) laterally movably installed on the upper surface of the body(10), a second motor(31) installed on the upper surface of the moving member(32) to rotate a rotation member(33) installed inside the body(10), and a third motor(34) installed at one side of the second motor(31) to move the moving member(32); a film removal part(40) installed on one side surface of the rotation member(33) to remove the film as the film removal part(40) is being moved up and down in the state that the film removal part(40) is contacted with the surface of the anode (A); a foreign material removal part(50) installed on the other side surface of the rotation member(33) to remove foreign materials stuck to the surface of the anode (A); and a foreign material collecting part(60) comprising a collecting box(61) for collecting foreign materials dropped to the lower part of the body(10), and a second rack gear(63) installed at one side of the collecting box(61) so that the second rack gear(63) is gear connected to second pinion gear rotated by a sixth motor(64).
