PURPOSE: An anti-theft system of an industrial vehicle is provided to easily chase the position of a vehicle when the vehicle is thieved and to prevent the theft of the vehicle by directly controlling the starting of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An anti-theft system of an industrial vehicle comprises an ignition switch(10), a power supply unit(20), an anti-theft device(100), a distance vehicle management server(50), and a GPS(Global Positioning System)(60). The anti-theft device comprises a control unit(110) and a wireless transmitting and receiving unit(120). If a security code received by the wireless transmitting and receiving unit is different from a security code set up in the control unit, driving of the power supply unit is cut off.
