PRODUCTION PROCESS OF ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE FILMS

PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of anisotropic conductive adhesive films which raises storage stability of a conductive composite to store the composite for long time so that it increases convenience in coating the film. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the anisotropic conductive adhesive films comprises the steps of: (i) compounding thermoplastic adhesive resin and conductive particles over fusion temperature and then cooling to produce the conductive composite; (ii) squeezing out the conductive composite and feeding a constant amount of the composite to a die consecutively; and (iii) coating a release film with resin extruded from the die and then cooling the film.
