摘要 PURPOSE: A functional liquor using entopathogenic fungus and a preparation process thereof are provided, thereby efficient components of entopathogenic fungus can be applied to liquor, and various aromas can be added according to desired taste. CONSTITUTION: The process for preparing the functional liquor using entopathogenic fungus comprises the steps of: diluting crude alcohol with water(S10); adding entopathogenic fungus and active carbon into the diluted solution and sealing the mixture(S20); maturing the sealed mixture to extract alcohol(S30); filtering the matured mixture(S40); adjusting the sugar level of the filtered solution with fructose to about 20 Brix, adding at least one aromas selected from plum aroma, acasia aroma, and rum aroma, and adding water into the solution(S50); and filtering the liquor with a 5 to 10 micromeshes cotton filter(S60), wherein the alcohol concentration of the liquor is 10 to 45%; the volume ratio of crude alcohol to alcohol is 1:1 to 1:1.2; and the amount of ratio of entopathogenic fungus to active carbon is 18:1 to 25:1.
