PURPOSE: A synchromesh mechanism of a vehicle is provided to improve shift quality by synchronizing between a sleeve and a ring with using a leaf spring, and to reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: A synchromesh mechanism synchronizes between a sleeve(12) and a ring by using a keyless spring, and has three small leaf springs(23) or bent springs by cutting the part of the round spring. Six spring grooves(24) are formed at both sides inside of the sleeve, and both ends of the band type leaf springs are inserted to spring grooves to push the ring by elastic force. Three leaf springs are arranged circumferentially around the sleeve at regular intervals, and the gap is formed between the end of the leaf spring and the end of the groove as the depth of the spring groove is different from the depth of the other spring groove.
