SOLUTION: In this personal information management system for managing the provision of user's personal information between a server 110 and a user terminal 120, the personal information management device 100 as a relay device for relaying the server 110 and the user's user terminal 120 comprises a policy acquiring part 103 for acquiring the data indicating the privacy policy of the user's personal information in the server, a preference storing part 105 for storing the determination of the preference 50 of the user's personal information, and a preference comparing part 104 for determining the right or wrong of the provision of the personal information to the server 110 on the basis of the comparison of the preference 50 stored in the preference storing part 105 with the privacy policy 30 acquired by the policy acquiring part 103.</p> |
