<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for preventing or reducing malpractices and taking a countermeasure against the occurrence of the respective malpractices. SOLUTION: This malpractice preventive system reduces the occurrence possibility of the malpractices by repeating an A countermeasure planning process of planning and adding countermeasure activity of the malpractices becoming a specific rank or more by ranking the occurrence possibility on the basis of an evaluation reference to a corresponding record of a database by making the database with the content of these malpractices as a record unit by sorting out the malpractices having the occurrence possibility according to a medical treatment improving policy, a B countermeasure practicing process of adding a result of countermeasure activity to the corresponding record of the database while reducing the occurrence possibility of the malpractices of the specific rank or more by performing the countermeasure activity, a C activity evaluating process of evaluating the result of the countermeasure activity, and a D result reflecting process of looking at a present state medical act again on the malpractices of the specific rank or more via practice and evaluation of the countermeasure activity, and prevents or wholly reduces the occurrence of these malpractices.</p> |
