<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute operation information (providing information) only to a specific person, to relieve congestion in a station yard, and to reduce workload of a station staff. SOLUTION: User information from a user information input terminal 10 is sent to and registered in a user information table 33 of an operation control server 30. When transmitting operation failure information from an operation failure information input terminal 20, the user information for distributing the operation failure information is selected from a plurality of user information on the basis of this operation failure information in a distribution destination selecting part 36, and is sent to and registered in a distribution destination information table 37 as distribution object person information. Afterwards, when transmitting a transmission request from a portable terminal 50 indicated by the distribution object person information, the providing information (a coping certificate) made by a providing information making part 38 is distributed via a telecommunication line 60 to a distribution destination portable terminal from a providing information distributing part 42.</p> |
